I specialize in gentle yoga, and offer a wide variety of lessons suitable for all levels in a safe, non-competitive, relaxed environment. Yoga is a practice, both on and off the mat, and I will help guide you through postures that will nurture and satisfy your mind, body and soul. You will leave the class feeling more present, open, and restored.

Hi! My name is Mina Rakaciauskaite. I was born and raised in Lithuania and moved to the United Kingdom 14 years ago. I met my fiancée here and we had a beautiful daughter that is my life and the reason for me to exist. I am very active person who is passionate about making the most of every moment of my life.

I started practicing Yoga about 11 years ago. I didn't know much about it or its benefits at the time. It was a hobby that changed my life. After only a few weeks of practicing it daily, I started noticing great changes in me. Apart from feeling physical improvements, I also felt calmer and more focused, I slept better and, as a result, had more energy during the day. I was completely hooked on it. I studied it further and learned about the amazing benefits of this sport. Practicing yoga not only improves your flexibility, builds muscle strength and perfects the posture, it can also increase respiratory efficiency, help enhance memory and cognitive functioning, it can naturally reduce the pain, prevent various degenerative diseases, increase blood flow, boost immunity, regulate blood pressure and adrenal glands. As well as that, yoga practice will help you to lead a healthier life, maintain your nervous system, help you sleep better and overall make you happier.

Later, due to work commitments, I took a few years break from Yoga. After having my daughter, my body fell apart. I was in a lot of pain and doctors could not work out what was causing it. So I turned to Yoga again. This time it wasn’t just a hobby to fill my free time. This time it became a reason why I didn’t fall apart and got through the most exciting but the hardest time of my life.

As well as practicing Hatha Yoga, I also practice Kundalini Yoga. I have never felt healthier, happier and in better shape than I do now. I decided I wanted to share my experience with others and help them to achieve the same amazing results. I obtained my Yoga Teaching Qualifications with The British School of Yoga and decided to start holding my own classes. For me yoga is not just a sport, it is a way of life. Feel free to join me on this journey and you will not be disappointed.
